Sears Protection Agreements: Service Promise

As a valued member of the Sears Protection Agreement family, you are entitled to the following Service Promise benefit under the terms of your specific agreement:

If you have a laundry, kitchen or HVAC product covered by a Master Protection Agreement (MPA), and we did not repair your covered product on first repair attempt and you are without the use of your covered product, we will provide you with a one-time rental reimbursement or allowance up to $50 at our sole discretion

If you have a riding mower, snow thrower or HVAC product covered by a Repair Protection Agreement (RPA), and we did not repair your covered product on first repair attempt and you are without the use of your covered product, we will compensate you for your inconvenience by reimbursing you for a one time lawn mowing / snow removal allowance up to $50 at our sole discretion.
